💳Card does not work
Because this topic comes up again and again, we'd like to give you a quick tip – in most cases, everything will work as usual afterwards.
If you regularly use your bank card for contactless payments at self-checkout, your bank may ask you to enter your PIN once after several small purchases for security reasons. This is perfectly normal and protects you from unauthorized use.
Since you can't enter a PIN at the self-service kiosk, it helps to use the card once at another terminal (e.g., in a supermarket) where you can enter the code. After that, contactless payment at the kiosk should work normally again.
Quick tip:
If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, you don't need to worry about this – Face ID, Touch ID, or your phone's passcode replaces PIN entry. Fast, secure, and easy!

If it still doesn't work after that, please let us know. In that case, it would be best if you gave us the date and exact time when it didn't work – then we can check it in the system for you.
